Evania enjoys working on a full spectrum of work-related issues; helping individuals overcome work-related anxiety and depression, uncovering natural strengths, optimizing person-job fit, and identifying individual inclinations that hinder personal growth and professional progression. Psychological assessment tools she administers include Personality Assessments, Cognitive Ability Tests and Scenario Simulations.
She has over 17 years of consulting experience in both the public and private sector, with a client portfolio that consists of Top Government Agencies, Multinational Companies from Fortune 500, and Local Organisations. Project engagements span across the globe, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, China and the United States.
Evania is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, she was duly elected Associate of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She is also certified by the British Psychological Society as a Level 1 and Level 2 Occupational Test User.
She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology, and a Master of Social Sciences by research in Organisational Psychology, at the Brain and Behavior Laboratory. During the course of her post-graduate studies, she also obtained training in the Psychology of Change at Harvard University, and Political Psychology at Stanford University.
